This Monkeyland Puerto Plata tour starts with pickup from your hotel in either Puerto Plata, Sosua, Cabarete, Playa Dorada or Imbert.

Keep an eye out for wildlife, such as squirrel monkeys, as you go. Then, stop and under the supervision of staff, put out a plate of fruit to get the monkeys to come to you.

After your Mokeyland visit, your guide will take you to a local countryside home in Puerto Plata. See for yourself how a local lives in an area without electricity or running water. Also, learn about the history and cultural traditions of this Caribbean island.
